Contracts

• Contracts agent: Complex contracts used to mean manual data entry. Now they're processed in 3 clicks. Downstream automation handles invoicing, revenue recognition, and SaaS metrics.‍
• Manage multiple features in every contract: Contracts now support multiple features, discounts, grants at once, enabling more granular pricing configurations without workarounds.

• Free trial configuration on the UI: Enable free trials on the Plans or Contracts interface without any engineering effort.

Actions agent

• Zenskar’s AI agent is accessible through the interface. It can answer questions like:

Better invoicing

• Enhanced invoice generation: Generate all invoices for any selected time period OR selected contracts with a single click
• Absolute due dates: You can now fix invoice due date to the last day of the month, regardless of the invoice creation date with absolute date settings.

• Credit notes: Tax splits for pre-tax and tax components to ensure correct accounting & refund tracking, error handling and improved UX

RevRec rewired

• Standalone Selling Price (SSP) Allocation: Zenskar’s SSP module is not an add-on, it’s built into our RevRec module. No additional cost or complicated setup. Just define your SSPs, Zenskar automatically splits revenue across product lines in compliance with fair value rules for bundled offerings as well as metered billing products. Here’s what it does:
